What is Earthboard™?
Earthboard™ is a unique and completely new composite of materials that answers the question: How can I create a beautiful package that is environmentally responsible, sustainable and recyclable? Earthboard™ is made with a patented process that creates a bright white sheet of board that prints well, folds well, and is perfect for all kinds of industries: cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, retail, organic foods and nutritional products, electronics (Earthboard™ is Static-free!) and bio-medical. There are many more applications, including CD and DVD sleeves, promotional materials, press kits, any folding carton or litho-lamination application you can think of.
How is it different from other recycled packaging materials?

Earthboard™ is unlike any other packaging material on the market. Not only is it superior in terms of strength, brightness, and durability, it has a smaller carbon footprint than any other material on the market. We can get you the data and samples when you call for more information.

Also, NO NEW TREES WERE FELLED to create this board, and no bleach or formaldehyde was used to process it. The post consumer waste of the material ranges from 93-100%, so if your company has a “GREEN INITIATIVE”, this material allows you to implement it with your packaging. No trees were felled, and the CARBON FOOTPRINT is minimal compared to standard recycled board.

What does it look like?
It’s a beautiful printing and packaging material. The sheets come in a variety of brightnesses, from 90- 95, and it can come in a gray back, brown back, or white back material. Please call for samples and quotes.
Is it suitable for food?

Yes! The white-back material is FDA approved. It has a moisture barrier and doesn’t stain.
